History
Old Center Church is a Christ-centered congregation with a rich heritage of faith, fellowship, and service to our community.
Our church began more than 165 years ago when Jehoiakim E. Brannon generously donated land for a church and cemetery. From those humble beginnings, generations of believers have gathered here to worship, grow in faith, and serve others.
Throughout the years, Old Center has remained committed to sharing the love of Christ through worship, Bible study, missions, and community outreach. Our church family values strong relationships, faithful stewardship, and a welcoming spirit for all who come through our doors.
Many pastors, teachers, and faithful members have helped shape the life of our church. Their dedication has allowed Old Center to grow while maintaining a strong foundation built on Scripture, prayer, and service.
Today, we continue that legacy by seeking to honor God in all we do. Whether through worship services, ministries for all ages, or opportunities to serve others, our goal is to help people grow closer to Christ and to one another.
